Our research focus has been on a promoting and developing new methodologies for more sustainable uses of marine ecosystems and conservation of existing species and their habitats.

Education for conservation through natural history is our driver, from school children to larger audiences, from field expeditions to publications and our youtube channel.
Our responsibility is immense as we stand on the shoulders of giants!
Research
Engaged in several projects coordinated by our staff, as well through collaboration with national and internation research institutes we support MSc and PhD students from all over the world.
Natural History Collection
We collaborate with local institutes on natural history collections' maintenance and cataloguing.
